Ensure member services department staff is provided all information and updates to assist customers and members effectively. Develop training material, maintain knowledge base, review agendas and materials regularly. Interpret and clarify all member rules of conduct, member application, and other herbalife‑published information. Produce training reports (dashboard, activity log, training planner, kirk patrick methodology) and manage special projects such as uat, research, sku testing, meetings, and call assistance.
