About the role carrier is seeking a junior web developer to join our digital factory connected supply chain team. This role is essential for designing, developing, and supporting applications that deliver value to the company, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms and agile methodologies. Your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and innovation in our digital operations. Key responsibilities designing and building solutions using the outsystems platform (low-code/no-code). Working in agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Managing devops processes for continuous delivery and continuous deployment. Creating reports and technical documentation. Providing user support through ticketing systems (servicenow). Proposing solutions based on requirements from product owners and business analysts, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and reusability. Acting as on-call support for urgent issues during off‑hours on a rotational schedule. Requirements we are looking for proactive individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about innovation. Availability to work rotating shifts (am: 7:00–16:00, pm: 10:00–19:00). Experience in development, analysis, and deployment of web applications. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms. Solid understanding of scrum, lean, and other agile techniques. Experience creating and consuming apis. Proficiency in sql queries (joins, stored procedures, views, etc.). Proficiency in javascript. Strong requirement analysis skills and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications basic experience in outsystems platform development. Knowledge of object-oriented languages (.net, java, python; certification preferred). Good understanding of service-oriented architectures (soa).
