Responsibilities
the opportunity
we are looking for a talented and proactive junior designer to join our creative team. This role requires a strong eye for design, solid branding fundamentals, and the ability to execute high‑quality creative across multiple formats. The ideal candidate is self‑sufficient, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing projects from concept to final delivery while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Your impact
as junior designer your functions would consist of:
design and execute full projects, including social media graphics, banners, pos, logos, and decks.
Support creative strategy discussions and bring ideas to the table.
Work with senior designers to refine ideas and ensure the design is aligned with brand and project goals.
Handle revisions and updates independently based on feedback.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (graphic design, visual arts, etc.).
Strong creative portfolio, available online or as a pdf.
Proficiency in english.
Ability to work across multiple formats (digital, print, social media).
Proficiency in photoshop, illustrator, and indesign; blender and after effects is considered a plus.
2+ years of experience working with creative teams in agency or in‑house agency environments.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new design skills.
