We are seeking a senior business analyst with deep expertise in the e‐commerce domain to act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within complex, fast‐moving digital environments. This is a high‐impact consulting role requiring 7–10 years of hands‐on experience working across large-scale digital ecosystems. Role: senior business analyst (e-commerce) location: mexico (remote or hybrid if based in guadalajara) job type: full time employee elicit, analyze, and document complex functional and non-functional requirements from senior stakeholders, translating high-level vision into actionable technical specifications. Ambiguity resolution: evaluate data from disparate sources, reconcile conflicting stakeholder needs, and simplify complex situations into clear, executable paths. Professional experience: 7–10 years as a business analyst in medium-to-large-scale global organizations. You must understand the mechanics of online checkout, order management (oms), and digital consumer journeys. Agile mastery: deep experience working in agile/scrum environments, including writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria. Superior english communication skills (written and verbal). You must be comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership in a 100% english-speaking corporate environment. Tools: proficiency in jira, confluence, and diagramming tools (lucid chart, visio, or similar). Hands-on experience with shopify plus or equivalent enterprise e-commerce platforms. Global exposure: industry knowledge: familiarity with the 3-tier distribution system or regulatory/compliance requirements in the alcohol beverage industry. Certification: cspo, cbap, or related agile certifications.
