Responsibilities:
Design, proposal, and administration of NPP Research area budget and CAPEX and contribute to strategic agenda to reach the company goals.
Ensure the attention of technical and strategic necessities of customers related with NPP products, training, and capacitation.
Ensure continuous innovation and delivery of new NPP products, processes, and solutions.
Ensure the optimal and efficient performance of the team, focusing on results and the go-to-market vision of the research team.
Experience:
5 years of experience in R&D; management, knowledge of regulatory procedures - product registration, chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological manufacturing processes, plant physiology and nutrition, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, quality, and supply.
Skills:
Leadership, teamwork, personal relationships, assertive communication, negotiation, management, change management, creativity, confidentiality, global and multidisciplinary team coordination, results focus, timely response, research to go to market.
Personnel, resource, and project management, administration of experimental design and research teams, design of strategies for the area, and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Engineer/MBA/PhD in Chemistry, Agronomy, or Biochemistry.
Advanced English.
