About the role
as an electrical engineer, you will act as the key technical link for north american projects: supporting on-site electrical coordination during delivery and installation (e.g., guiding local teams on electrical component assembly, verifying power distribution alignment), and troubleshooting post-delivery electrical issues (such as ups/eps malfunctions, wiring faults, or power stability problems). You will also relay on-site feedback to the domestic design team to optimize future solutions, ensuring compliance with north american electrical standards (e.g., nec) and maintaining client satisfaction.
responsibilities
* support electrical technical coordination for north american container projects: assist local teams, clients, and logistics partners in resolving on-site electrical installation challenges (e.g., power circuit connection, equipment wiring verification, compliance with on-site safety codes).
* troubleshoot post-delivery electrical issues (e.g., ups/eps failures, grounding problems, lighting or power distribution malfunctions) and deliver timely solutions to minimize downtime.
* collaborate with the domestic design team to share north american on-site electrical feedback, aiding in the refinement of container electrical designs and alignment with local standards (e.g., nec).
* assist in reviewing electrical documents for north american projects (e.g., wiring diagrams, component specifications) to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
* provide electrical technical training or guidance to local stakeholders (e.g., maintenance teams) to support long-term container electrical system reliability.
* track and document electrical issue resolutions and on-site support processes, contributing to the optimization of the division's after-sales electrical support workflow.
qualifications
* education & major: bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering and automation, power system automation, or related majors.
* work experience: 3+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with priority given to those who have worked on modular container, data center, or north american electrical projects.
required skills
* proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., autocad, eplan) and ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component specifications.
* familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems (e.g., ups, eps, power distribution) and north american electrical standards (e.g., nec) is highly preferred.
* basic on-site electrical troubleshooting capabilities, including identifying and resolving common wiring, grounding, or equipment power issues.
preferred skills
* strong cross-regional communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with domestic teams and north american stakeholders.
* adaptability to project-oriented work rhythms, including occasional on-site support in north america (if needed).
* attention to detail and problem-solving ability, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of electrical technical issues.
