Main functions : -support facilities to resolve any problem, rework, customer complain related assemblies, torques, functional or process -support to validate any engineering or process change.( by customer requirement or plant requirement looking to improve any condition) and present to the customer -support in develop line sequence in assembly and introduce new changes on the lines to improve kpi.-support on cost savings projects, attack any bottle neck in any process or lay out modification - audit and validate assemblies eol, torques parameters, and cycle times balancing, plus additional controls as vision s., sensor, to improve kpi technical requirements / experience min 8 years experience in seats structures.-ideal lean certification or training, - -advanced understanding of standard work tools & development -advance knowledge in torque controllers( atlas copco) defining torque, angles and torque strategyideal experience in projects or changes presented to the customer -advanced knowledge on eol ( end of line tester), tracks, recliners, functional items as angles, efforts.( first, second and third rows) -advance knowledge in implementing vision systems, sensors, ( poka-yokes) in assemblies' lines.-ideal six sigma or similar training on advance problem solving's tools -passport/ usa visa available.-available to travel80% of the time training on gd&t
