We are seeking an experienced, execution-focused sr talent acquisition specialist (with it experience) to join our talent acquisition team and support recruiting efforts fo u.s.-based clients across multiple functional areas.
this role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, accountable, and comfortable operating within structured recruiting processes while managing multiple priorities and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

key responsibilities
• manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer stage across multiple active requisitions
• recruit for a mix of approximately 20–30% it roles and 70–80% functional and operational roles, including accounting, finance, customer service, marketing, sales, and operations
• partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities, ensuring alignment throughout the recruiting process
• conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements
• ensure key candidate criteria are validated prior to presentation, including salary expectations, location, english level, experience, and overall fit
• present high-quality candidate profiles with clear documentation, aligned with intake requirements and hiring manager expectations
• maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in the applicant tracking system (workable)
• manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and execution speed
• support reference checks and final hiring stages when required
• contribute to sourcing and pipeline development efforts when needed
• follow defined recruiting workflows, documentation standards, and communication protocols
requirements
• 6-8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• proven experience recruiting both it profiles and functional roles such as accounting, finance, marketing, customer service, sales, and operations
• experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
• strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
• strong execution skills with a consistent track record of delivering results
• strong organizational skills and documentation discipline
• strong project management skills, including pipeline tracking and process coordination
• high level of professionalism and communication skills
