responsibilities:
* plan short- and medium-term activities for production employees, set clear goals, and provide direction to the team.
* manage resources to complete assignments, production volume, and resolve issues within budget and time limits.
* coach team members, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions. Responsible for team performance, safety, development, and adherence to regulations.
* ensure all production activities are conducted safely, identify risks, and develop action plans to mitigate them. Ensure products meet quality standards.
* coordinate team activities, standard times, tools, and other variables to meet production schedules within budgeted hours.
* monitor performance and development of production employees.
* ensure employees receive necessary training according to policies and standards.
* ensure adherence to internal work regulations.
* achieve and improve key performance indicators using continuous improvement systems.
* analyze production and process problems to estimate resource needs.
* research and recommend changes to maximize production capacity.
how to thrive in this role?
* minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience; at least 3 years in team leadership preferred.
* studies in industrial engineering or equivalent.
* basic english proficiency.
* ability to contribute to objectives and indicators.
* strong communication skills for effective teamwork and activity development.
