the workday compensation expert forms part of the application development track in the it function. We ask that you have analysis, integration development, and configuration of the workday platform.
this job is located in #li-hybrid within queretaro and will report to manager.
key responsibilities
- be a subject matter expert for workday compensation, including:
- workday core compensation
- workday advanced compensation
- workday hcm
- workday advanced security
- workday reporting
- workday calculated fields
- workday integrations
- independently manage the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and compensation review processes within workday.
- configure and improve compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and business processes.
- design complex calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and security configurations to support compensation and total rewards requirements.
- partner directly with ppg's senior total rewards leaders to understand our needs and translate them into scalable workday solutions.
- troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, providing efficient, high-quality solutions.
- ensure data accuracy, compliance, and understanding of compensation governance and policies.
qualifications
- +7 years of hands‑on experience with workday compensation and hcm, at an expert level.
- experience independently managing end‑to‑end annual compensation cycles in workday.
- 5+ years of experience configuring annual compensation processes and providing ongoing support.
- fluent in english.
