or button-up.- represent the company in matters of customer relations (problem solving).- generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining a professional and personal image and upholding starwood standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.- bachelor's degree and/or hotel management degree preferred.- three to five years' experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within the vacation membership field.- bilingual, ability to speak english and spanish, fluently.- proven track record of success.- excellent written and verbal communication skills.- excellent computer skills, including but not limited to microsoft office.- must be results-oriented with ability to be flexible.- ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.- proven time management skills.- proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.- detail oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- ability to work flexible hours and days.
it is anticipated that the position will require working a provided schedule.
occasionally holidays and/or a six- or seven-day work schedule will be required.- stands, sits, or walks for extended periods.
