About the role:
as a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients in their territory and segments to contribute to sustainable and profitable growth. You will ensure that client needs are understood by each department within the organization to drive value creation and new business development projects.
the ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales of chemical specialties for markets such as agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, or personal and home care in the mexican market. Additionally, they should have 5 years of experience managing multinational key accounts, management of annual sales budgets exceeding $10 million, and intermediate-advanced conversational english (b2 level).
you will lead and coordinate work teams to meet the needs of assigned clients, document actions and resources required through account plans, and drive new business development with clients by efficiently managing growth projects and allocating resources appropriately. You will also plan and execute client engagement and interactions to achieve strategic objectives, manage negotiated prices, and resolve conflicts providing timely solutions.
