*job description*:
as a health care representative, you will assist scan health members by handling inquiries, transferring calls, sending documents, and explaining coverage plan benefits. Providing exceptional customer service is key to ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Schedule:
training and operations: monday to friday, 8:00 am to 5:40 pm (weekends off)
*requirements*:
- proficiency in both english and spanish (b2 level)
- basic computer and typing skills
- must have valid mexican documents
- call center or medical-related experience is preferred
