We are seeking a hands-on salesforce support developer level 2 who partners with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly salesforce solutions. This role blends strong configuration and end-user support skills with practical experience in data cloud and integrations to support near-real-time data flows, data modeling, and platform adoption. The role emphasizes configuration-first solutions, troubleshooting, and integrating data cloud with sales cloud / financial services cloud where required.key responsibilitiesact as a trusted partner to business stakeholders: gather, analyze, document, and prioritize salesforce requirements.translate requirements into configuration solutions (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, workflow/validation rules, approval processes).configure security and access (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing) and enforce governance and compliance.support and optimize salesforce financial services cloud and sales cloud features to meet business processes.design, implement, and support data cloud ingestion and transformation patterns (sub‐real-time/event-driven pipelines, snowflake streams, data cloud transforms) or coordinate with integration teams when appropriate.build and maintain integrations using rest apis, kafka, middleware (mule soft or similar) and support error handling, performance tuning, and monitoring.perform impact analysis, functional testing, support uat, and participate in release planning and governed deployments.troubleshoot production issues, provide l2 support to end users, deliver training and adoption guidance, and maintain system documentation, runbooks and release notes.support data quality initiatives (validation, cleanup), data modeling (dmo/dlo/calculated insights) and implement data governance best practices.mentor junior team members and participate in technical design and quality reviews.required qualifications4 - 10 years experience with salesforce; demonstrated configuration-focused experience (administrator, business analyst, functional consultant) and hands-on development/integration work.4 - 10 years practical experience with salesforce data cloud implementations or equivalent data integration experience.proven experience with event-driven or streaming ingestion patterns (e.g., snowflake streams, kafka) and building/operating data transformation pipelines.strong knowledge of sales cloud and/or financial services cloud data models and features.hands-on ability to configure salesforce without heavy reliance on custom code; comfortable escalating to/delegating custom development when required.solid understanding of salesforce security, sharing, data model concepts, and access controls.practical experience with system integrations (rest apis, middleware, event buses) and troubleshooting performance/scalability issues.experience working in agile delivery models and with business stakeholders to drive adoption.excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.preferred / certificationsmandatory or strongly preferred: salesforce administrator, salesforce data cloud consultant.preferred: salesforce platform developer i/ii, financial services cloudexperience with mule soft or other integration middleware is a plus.
