Job Description
We are seeking a local business development professional to join our team and drive business growth in precision farming products.
The adecuado candidate will be responsible for channel development, distributor network management, customer visits and communication, and product feedback from dealers and end users to R&D; engineers and the sales management team.
The job requires frequent travel to meet customers, analyze market trends, and provide market insights to inform business decisions.
The role is integral to ensuring profitability and business success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage local sales channels and dealer networks.
- Responsible for entire sales process, including visits, negotiations, quotations, contract signing, payment management, etc.
- Grow sales amount and explore new business opportunities in assigned market.
- Weekly and monthly timely reporting, participation in relevant meetings, and translation of market feedback for internal action.
- Organize basic precision farming product training for clients locally.
- Collect market information and analysis, including market size, trend, new products and applications, customer trends, etc., and report back internally in a timely fashion.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other travel as required.
- Execute tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience in precision farming or agricultural machinery industry-related roles with activities such as sales specialist or sales manager.
- Experience related to channel development and sales management is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills, product knowledge, presentation skills, technical understanding, excellent customer relations, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short/deadlines.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
