we are looking for a sr. Hr supervisor to oversee hr execution across the northern region of mexico, driving consistency, operational excellence, and strong business partnership.
key responsibilities
* lead and oversee the execution of end-to-end hr processes across multiple sites within the northern region, ensuring consistency and alignment with business strategy.
* act as a trusted partner to regional leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational needs, and talent strategies.
* drive and supervise high-volume recruitment strategies across locations, ensuring timely hiring while improving quality of hire and reducing turnover.
* coordinate and ensure the implementation of training and development programs across sites, identifying regional capability gaps.
* lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
* develop and execute regional labor relations strategies, mitigating risks and fostering a positive employee experience.
* monitor and analyze key hr metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-fill) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance.
* provide oversight on compensation processes, ensuring alignment with internal structures, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
* ensure compliance with mexican labor law (lft) and internal policies across all assigned locations.
* lead and support hr projects and transformation initiatives at a regional level, driving standardization and process improvement.
* coordinate and guide local hr teams or points of contact, ensuring consistent execution of hr practices across the region.
* act as a key liaison between corporate hr and regional operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
what are we looking for?
* 7–10 years of experience in human resources, with strong exposure to generalist and operational hr roles
* proven experience managing multi-site or regional hr operations
* strong expertise in employee relations, labor law, and high-volume environments
* experience leading or coordinating hr teams (direct or indirect)
* solid understanding of hr analytics
* high level of autonomy, strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
* availability to travel within the northern region
* advanced english
