The sr specialist manages a program and/or project to ensure it delivers expected and aligned business case to the it and/or business sponsors, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management (agile program management), adhering to established program and project management methodologies. S/he is responsible for leading and driving discovery through to design with the assembly team of it and/or business resources to then build the business case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval.

S/he is responsible to structure the program/project, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise; takes accountability for ensuring execution of sub-projects/activities to the delilvered outcome. As part of this, is responsible to manage program/project level risks, quality and procurement; leads the program/project team and is the person that program/project level resources report directly to for the execution of the program/project tasks they are allocated.

*key responsibilities*:

- the discovery process of the initiative has been completed to the alignment with it and/or business sponsors.
- program/project structure established, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologies as appropriate
- program/project governance established, sponsors committed
- management of the interdependencies between projects/activities in scope of the program/project
- direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determines their role across the program according to it sourcing strategy
- milestones based program/project plan established, delivered through incremental releases / achievements. Value delivery plan created in parallel
- lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting
- program/project budgeted and actively monitored.
- projects initiated, program monitored and controlled, risks assessed, proactive anticipation of issues/risks and program/project health
- lead reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and/or changes, and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address
- projects execution monitored
- business case measured (optional, decided by business sponsor)
- program/project is closed
- team and resources (time, money) managed in line with company business principles and values
- continuous learning: sharpening soft skills areas of relationship management, crisis management, critical thinking, communication, facilitation skills and keeps up to date with latest development and methodology in relation with pm community and it ways of working

*required profile*:

- leadership skills and experience with end-to-end mindset ownership & driving proactive approach to ensuring successful program/project deliverable
- leadership skills and track record in developing people in particular in managing virtual teams.
- managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
- strong stakeholder management in project/program management role
- increasing development of business intimacy and business language to effectively engage and demonstrate business understanding and priority with the business sponsor and business project team
- strong integration skills to strategically integrate across multiple functions within it and/or the business to effectively drive discovery through to design and execution of the program/project through to successful delivery
- strong english communication skills (written and verbal) to appropriately and effectively articulate status and concerns at all levels in the organization-with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.
- srong ability to manage through ambiguity by proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, risks, leveraging program/project methodologies as a tool to ensure alignment to goals and objectives of the program/project, protecting the execution of the project to deliver the outcome as expected of the business case while adhering to the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the delivery.
- strong facilitation skills and critical thinking skills
