as an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role by handling administrative tasks across 3 organizations (massage studio, church, nonprofit), taking care of social media management, and project management for various ongoing projects.
this is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
requirements
strong project management and initiative-taking abilities
familiarity with productivity/project management software (though willing to learn new tools)
attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks
preferred location: latin america or other location willing to work est business hours (9am-5pm)
excellent project management skills to handle admin tasks effectively
ability to provide daily updates to the client and communicate effectively as a remote worker
