Responsible for setup, configuration, and commissioning of hardware-in-the-loop (hil) systems for ecu testing and validation. Responsibilitiesconfigure and commission hil systems (dspace, etas, ni)integrate ecus with hil rigs and validate connectivitydevelop and execute test cases for system validationperform signal mapping, i/o configuration, and fault simulationdebug issues in hardware, software, and communication (can, lin)support automation using tools like canoe, controldesk, or teststandcollaborate with development and validation teams requirementsexperience in hil setup and commissioningstrong knowledge of ecu systems and automotive networks (can, uds)familiarity with tools: dspace / etas / ni / canoebasic programming/scripting (python, c, or capl)understanding of embedded systems qualificationbachelor’s/master’s in electronics, electrical, or related field nice to haveautosar (bsw/mcal) knowledgetest automation experienceexposure to ota or diagnostics
