You'll work with a steady flow of creator and product footage, turning it into thumb-stopping content that performs. you'll see what converts, iterate based on data, and refine your craft with real-time feedback.video editing & production create high-performing facebook/instagram ad creatives and social media clips edit short-form content optimized for platform-specific formats manage creator content in frame.design marketing images, thumbnails, and social graphics create on-brand visual assets using photoshop, illustrator, or canva project management track assignments and status updates in clickup 3-5+ yearsof video editing experience, specializing in short-form content ~ expert-level adobe premiere proskills (required) ~ proven experiencecreating or editing facebook/instagram ads ~ mid-level proficiencywith photoshop, illustrator, or canva ~ strong fundamentalsin typography, color theory, composition, and motion graphics ~ fluent english— excellent written and verbal communication ~ portfolio required— you must submit a portfolio showcasing your video editing work.
