Overview job description: as the sales director - bms, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales organization, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. You will report directly to our general manager building automation latam and you’ll work out of our mexico city location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the sales organization by enhancing performance, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the success and profitability of honeywell. Responsibilities lead and drive the sales excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership. Qualifications must have minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team strong leadership and team management skills (8 years) ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders deep knowledge of the building management market across latin america.
