Advanced manufacturing engineer – brazing / welding*, you will act as a subject matter expert (sme) leading the development, implementation, and optimization of metal joining technologies across our global manufacturing operations.this role plays a critical part in ensuring *manufacturing continuity, process quality, and cost efficiency*, by supporting daily plant operations while driving long-term improvements in brazing and welding processes, automation, and standardization across sites.*key responsibilities:*as a *sr. Advanced manufacturing engineer – brazing / welding*, you’ll be responsible for:* serving as the technical sme and owner for brazing and welding applications from design through production and continuous improvement* leading process development, joint design improvements, and implementation of advanced joining technologies* supporting new product introduction (npi) with a focus on design for automation and manufacturability* driving automation and capital equipment projects, including business case development, planning, and execution* supporting daily manufacturing operations to ensure continuity, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving corrective actions*requirements*we are looking for people who are *analytical, hands-on, technically strong, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex manufacturing environments*.
