as an hr business partner at molex, you will accelerate and strengthen our organizational culture through leadership coaching, strategic alignment, and principle-based decision-making. This role directly influences talent development, retention, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the success of our site.
*our team*
you'll be part of the human resources team within the tis division. You'll collaborate closely with operations leaders, business leaders, technical staff, legal, and compliance teams to drive talent and culture initiatives.
*what you will do*
- coach supervisors and leaders on talent, performance, and compensation strategies.
- identify talent gaps and support development initiatives.
- ensure labor law compliance in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
- contribute to succession planning, retention, and employee development.
- foster an inclusive work environment aligned with molex values.
- resolve complex employee relations matters with an economic and effective approach.
*who you are (basic qualifications)*
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
- relevant experience in human resources, including labor relations and conflict resolution.
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with leaders and employees.
- ability to interpret and analyze hr data using charts and visual tools
- business-level english (preferred based on site needs).

- financial analysis experience related to hr.
