We are looking for a process coordinator with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to oversee and strengthen our process engineering team within a high-performance manufacturing environment.this position plays a key role in the industrialization of new products, materials, and equipment, ensuring operational excellence while supporting cross-functional teams across the plant.position objectivelead and coordinate process engineering activities related to banbury mixing operations, including the development of r&d prototypes, the industrialization of compounds in internal and external mixing facilities, and the management of raw materials and recycled components.the role is responsible for ensuring process stability, quality compliance, and optimal utilization of mixing lines while supporting product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.key responsibilities- lead, develop, and strengthen the process engineering / r&d team. - supervise and support process leaders responsible for mixing operations and product industrialization. - oversee the industrialization of new machinery, materials, and compounds. - coordinate new product launches into standard production. - manage technical homologations for new materials and compounds. - evaluate suppliers and raw materials used in tire compound formulations. - provide technical support and supervision to cross-functional areas such as production, quality, and r&d. - ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality systems (iatf 16949). - report directly to local leadership and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies.leadership impactthis role goes beyond technical coordination. The process coordinator will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure strong technical performance and collaboration across departments.what we're looking for- 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership or coordination role. - strong background in rubber processing, mixing, or tire manufacturing (highly preferred). - solid knowledge of raw materials, compound development, and manufacturing processes. - experience working with iatf 16949 quality standards. - bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials engineering, nanotechnology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related fields. - advanced english (daily interaction with global teams). - strong capabilities in team leadership, project management, and problem-solving.apply now
