We are looking for a sell out–focused key account manager responsible for driving commercial performance and product rotation across key wholesale accounts.
key responsibilities
* develop and implement strategies aimed at accelerating sell-out performance by client and channel.
* manage strategic relationships with retail partners and ensure achievement of commercial objectives.
* analyze performance kpis including sell out, product rotation, productivity, and stock levels.
* lead commercial plans, activations, and in-store product launches.
* work cross-functionally with or key account manager, marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize commercial execution.
profile
* experience as a kam, commercial manager, or similar roles within retail, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
* strong analytical and strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset.
* experience leading and developing commercial or retail teams.
* proven experience managing key accounts and executing initiatives at point of sale.
* highly results‑driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
