* negotiate contracts and pricing for group bookings and special events
* collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns for vip and romance markets
* stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
* provide exceptional customer service for all vip and romance clients
* represent the company at industry events and trade shows
requirements:
* proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in luxury or high-end sales
* experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
* strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
* excellent negotiation and communication skills
* proficiency in customer relationship management (crm) software
