- bachelors degree preferred - experience in management and administration of international and expatriate policies and programs, including expatriate tax, compensation, immigration, and vendor management. - understanding of visa and local work authorization requirements. - english fluency required (read / write). German proficiency preferred, but not required. - ability to adapt and proactively respond to shifting priorities. - excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills. - ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees throughout the organisation. - ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accountability. - strong organizational skills. - microsoft excel and powerpoint proficiency required.
