this role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in business development, financial performance management, and cross-cultural integration. The country manager will be the senior executive responsible for expanding blend360's presence, building high-value client relationships, and aligning regional execution with the company's global vision.
identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base across nola markets, representing blend360 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
* lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear objectives, promoting accountability, and building continuous learning programs aligned with market needs.
* facilitate the integration of global processes and best practices within the colombian branch and broader nola region, while preserving local cultural nuances through exchange programs and mentorship initiatives.
* prepare and present strategic financial reports to senior management, providing clear analysis to support growth and expansion decisions in the region.
* drive market penetration strategies in emerging markets, building key relationships and leading brand adoption across the nola footprint.
proven ability to manage regional operations, drive business development, and lead large, cross-functional teams effectively.
* strong financial management skills, including budgeting, margin management, and strategic resource allocation.
