* lead and oversee delivery for multiple large, complex, and highly visible programs supporting a global technology client, ensuring high-quality execution, scalability, and on-time delivery.
* manage and develop large, cross-functional delivery organizations (engineering, delivery leads, program/project managers), with demonstrated experience leading technical delivery teams.
* act as a senior delivery partner to u.s.-based stakeholders, maintaining strong executive-level relationships and providing clear, data-driven communication on delivery health, risks, and outcomes.
* own and serve as the primary senior delivery point of contact for the client, leading all client-facing communication and governance, and providing clear, regular updates on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes through structured reporting, kpi dashboards, weekly/monthly status reports, and executive-level readouts.
* provide site-level leadership for the mexico delivery organization, partnering closely with hr, operations, and global leadership to support growth, talent development, and long-term scalability.
* foster and sustain a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative site culture aligned with the expectations of a world-class technology client.
* maintain regular, visible engagement with teams and leaders; in-office presence at least 3 days per week to support leadership development, delivery alignment, and employee engagement.
* own and manage key delivery, quality, and operational kpis to ensure the mexico site consistently meets the standards of a global technology delivery model.
* ensure full compliance with applicable mexican labor laws, company policies, and client operational requirements.
