responsibilities:
* support the sales team in selling products to the existing base through portfolio analysis of insurance and investment holdings, needs analysis, and customer risk profiling.
* disseminate information on industry trends, financial markets, and competitive products, analyzing this information for meaningful sales engagement.
* develop the training roadmap for relationship managers and ensure successful completion of training certifications on regulatory requirements, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits.
* ensure customer engagement by organizing meetings and discussing product offerings to build awareness.
* conduct joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate correct product sales.
* enhance the knowledge level of branch managers.
* act as the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines.
* monitor potential sales complaints, cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates, and sales complaints.
* identify potential financial, regulatory, and credit risks to the franchise.
* assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding citi’s assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, adhering to policies, applying ethical judgment, and managing control issues transparently. Supervise others' activities and create accountability for maintaining standards.
