Caterpillar inc. – internship in human resources (reynosa, méxico – june *)

student interns in the human resources department will support recruitment, onboarding, administrative tasks, and compliance initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

* schedule interviews.
* manage candidate records.
* process payroll support.

* maintain personnel files and provide updated reports.
* coordinate onboarding activities and submit documentation to payroll.
* support the hr team in data entry and record keeping.

requirements: current university student, 5th‑8th semester in psychology, administration, human resources, or a related field; basic to intermediate english proficiency; proficiency with microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel).

schedule: monday to friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

required profile: bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, psychology, administration, or a related field; 10+ years overall hr experience with at least 5 years in a production plant; knowledge of mexican labor legislation; union handling experience; strong recruitment skills; proven talent acquisition strategy implementation; experience in manager and employee training; excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication abilities; attention to detail and sound judgment.
