Qualifications bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5 years of related professional or management experience, including at least 2 years of direct hr experience. Professional hr accreditation preferred. Strong knowledge of international hr practices and fedex business practice preferred. Excellent human relations, management, and communication skills. Fluency in english and/or spanish or portuguese preferred.
