We are looking for a results-driven food delivery platform operations specialist to own and optimize our storefronts on major delivery platforms like uber eats, doordash, and grubhub. You will be the bridge between our online presence and physical stores, driving traffic, increasing conversion, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
responsibilities
1.platform management & store launch:
* lead the end-to-end setup, onboarding, and menu management for new store locations on delivery platforms.
* ensure all store information (imagery, pricing, hours, location) is accurate and compelling.
2.data analysis & optimization:
* monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (impressions, ctr, conversion rate, average order value, etc.).
* conduct a/b tests on menu items, promotions, and imagery to optimize performance.
* use data insights to make informed decisions on budget allocation and campaign strategy.
3.campaign & promotion strategy:
* plan and execute localized promotional campaigns (e.g., bogo, limited-time offers, holiday events) in collaboration with platform managers.
* manage the promotional calendar and budget to maximize roi and customer acquisition.
4.cross-functional collaboration:
* work closely with store operations teams to ensure order accuracy, improve preparation time, and maintain high-quality service standards.
* act as the key liaison between the stores and the delivery platforms.
qualifications
1. experience:
2. 1+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or analytics, preferably within e-commerce, food delivery, or a fast-paced consumer-facing business.
3. hands-on experience with uber eats, doordash, or grubhub merchant platforms is a huge plus.
4. skills:
5. strong data analysis skills. Proficiency in excel/google sheets is required; knowledge of sql or data visualization tools (e.g., tableau, power bi) is a plus. Excel/google sheets;
6. excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
