- conduct regular performance reviews of augmented staff, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
- implement strategies to address any performance challenges promptly.
- client engagement:
- establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner in understanding and addressing their staffing challenges.
- proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our staff augmentation services.
- resource allocation:
- effectively allocate augmented staff to client projects based on skillsets and project requirements.
- monitor and optimize resource utilization to enhance project efficiency.
- risk mitigation:
- identify potential risks associated with staff augmentation projects and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
- *bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field*:
- * fluency in english is mandatory*:
- at least 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- experience managing projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience with cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- document and communicate technical issues and solutions to team members and stakeholders

- experience mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
