We are looking for a Yard Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of self-owned and third-party yards and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Self-owned yard management, fulfilling all work tasks according to agreements with clients.
- Third-party yard supplier management, supervising third-party yards to complete all work tasks according to client requirements.
- Coordinate the work of Yard operators.
- Prepare various yard operation reports and documents based on client needs.
- Establish yard evaluation criteria and monitor compliance.
- Develop and optimize management processes to enhance yard operational efficiency.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership with professionalism and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in Vehicle Storage/Yard management.
- Ability to lead a team and strong communication/coordination skills.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Willingness to travel.
