A Snapshot of The Program
Stage 1: Internship (Months 1–6)
●Rotation across various business units in Mexico
●Support in financial management of local projects (cost analysis, budgeting, planning, and monitoring)
●Application of principles and tools under Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology
●Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Stage 2: Trainee (Months 7–12)
●Active participation in international projects
●Practical application of acquired knowledge in global environments
●Engagement with multinational Project Managers
●Strengthening project management tools and communication in English
Upon completing the program, candidates may be considered for the role of Commercial Project Manager (CPM), a key position in the financial management of both national and international projects.

What You Bring
Undergraduate student in their final semester (to graduate December 2025) of a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Seeking a formative experience with strategic focus and global perspective
Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and collaborative attitude
Interest in financial project management aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
Advanced English proficiency is required for participation in international projects
Availability for on-site internship in Querétaro and transition into trainee role
