Job description
as a credit supervisor for the canadian team, you will be responsible for the supervision of the credit team where you would ensure all performance metrics are being met within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements. You would be responsible to manage, coach, and mentor individuals.
job duties:
* past due collections (maintain % above dept goal of 88%)
* minimize bad debt
* maintain contact with customer
* analyze account statements
* resolve customer disputes
* recommend credit terms
* analyze payment trends
* provide monthly cash forecast
* take action on delinquent accts
* promote customer satisfaction
you must have:
* +3 years of experience in a credit & collections environment
* microsoft excel proficient
* strong english and french skills (written and verbal communication)
* 3 years of experience of people management

* working knowledge of erp systems.
