Operational excellence champion
in this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation and enhancement of our molex operating system to drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, foster innovation, and deliver tangible improvements-from 'quick win' solutions to transformational initiatives.
main responsibilities:
* lead the deployment and continuous improvement of our operating system (people, process, technology) to achieve site kpis
* cultivate frontline leaders' skills in lean tools-six sigma, kaizen, gemba walks, root-cause analysis, mistake proofing-and promote problem-solving capabilities
* facilitate value-stream mapping, rapid-improvement events, and design efforts that optimize flow and reduce waste
* develop and manage a balanced portfolio of innovation projects (from incremental improvements to transformational initiatives)
* create dashboards, scorecards, and playbooks to monitor performance, identify gaps, and sustain gains
* collaborate with maintenance, quality, production, and supply chain teams to implement and sustain solutions
