*responsibilities*
- manage all internal events and initiatives, including budgeting, planning, execution, pre-promotion, post-monitoring and presentation of indicators.
- foster and build relationships with vendors, venues and other industry contacts to design and implement creative and logístical aspects of all internal events.
- stay up-to-date on event planning trends, both virtual and physical.
- establish standard procedures and train plant personnel to execute them.
- development of ideas, planning, budget, platforms, etc.
- collaborate with different areas and internal clients to guarantee the successful execution of events against the annual event plan.
- manage all aspects of internal events promoted by the people engagement team.
- work closely with the purchasing team, fundación con causa azul and human development to ensure the success of events and dynamics.
- propose new dynamics and events that directly impact the culture and engagement of employees.
- manage and coordinate internal events promoted by the end to end organization, from the generation of ideas and proposals, planning, dissemination, execution, measurement, etc.
*requirements*
- bachelor's degree in hotel management, public relations or a related field
- 3 years of experience as corporate event coordinator or similar role
- portfolio of successful events
- critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- good time management and organizational skills.

- desirable experience with any project management software.
