About the role
the sales enablement team seeks a proactive specialist to partner with the director of training & enablement.
* train sales representatives on b2b sales enablement tools (including ai llm tools)
* monitor technology adoption
* create e-learning modules
* curate tech stack resources through an evolving playbook
the specialist will collaborate with leadership to co-design an adoption strategy, ensuring sales reps effectively utilize their enablement capabilities.
responsibilities and impact:
* onboarding & training: design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new sales team members
* best practices development: establish and maintain a robust playbook and resource library that outlines best practices for utilizing sales enablement tools and ai
* adoption strategy & monitoring: collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance tool adoption among sales reps
* performance analytics: generate detailed performance reports and analyze data to assess the impact of sales enablement tools on sales performance
* e-learning creation: develop engaging e-learning modules tailored to the sales team's needs using advanced authoring tools
