*job description*:
- being responsible of the whole accounting process: invoicing, cash collection, expense, treasury management and payroll.-
- deliver weekly and monthly reports to the group.-
- act as a primary contact for our advisors (tax and public accountant), manage he relationship with them as well as discuss any technical matter with the cfo.-
- be responsible for the annual closing process which entails the preparation of annual statements.-
- prepare and centralize the legal onboarding/offboarding of our employees in collaboration with our lawyer and public accountant.-
- control and submit payroll data to the different parties.-
- input the payroll information in our system.-
- compute and analyze our mexican financial data which means; learning our data analytics process and tools.-
- assist understand, implement and sometimes propose new financial process as we constantly grow, our processes are also changing,*requirements*:
- a bachelor's degree in accounting or corporate finance.-
- fluency in english is a must because all our process and internal discussions are in english-
- fluency in french is optional but nice to have.-
- knowledge of mexican tax is optional but nice to have.-
- knowledge of erp systems (odoo) is optional but nice to have.-
- be smart.-
- possess autonomy.-
