We are seeking an experienced project manager with 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end projects. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
key responsibilities lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools.
identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management.
manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
required skills & qualifications bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, it, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a project manager.
strong understanding of project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall).
excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
experience with project management tools (ms project, jira, trello, asana, etc.).
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
preferred qualifications (optional) pmp certification (project management institute).
experience in it/software/infrastructure projects (if applicable).
