This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading high-volume hiring initiatives, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified talent to support our growing operations. Key responsibilities lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions, including customer service representatives, team leads, and support roles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract large pools of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships. Leverage deep market intelligence to understand talent availability, competitor landscape, wage trends, and sourcing opportunities. Manage and optimize recruitment funnels, ensuring efficient screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals. Maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies, career centers, and workforce development organizations. Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in local markets. Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality. Ensure consistent compliance with employment laws and company policies. Train and mentor recruiters to enhance sourcing capabilities and hiring efficiency.
