this role acts as the primary bridge between the customer's engineering teams and sanmina's manufacturing plants, ensuring that high-voltage, power electronics, or complex pcba projects transition seamlessly from prototype to mass production on time and meeting strict automotive standards.core responsibilitiesnpi leadership: lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, procurement, production) through all product launch phases to ensure flawless start of production (sop).
customer relationship management: serve as the main point of contact for the client's npi and supply chain teams; manage engineering change orders and project milestones.risk & schedule control: develop and maintain master project timelines (gantt), proactively identifying and mitigating technical or material risks.financial oversight: track and optimize npi launch costs, tooling budgets, and ramp-up profitability.candidate profile & requirements1.
hard skillsproject management: proficiency in ms project/jira and managing fast-paced product lifecycles (pmp certification is a plus).
automotive quality core tools: strong expertise in apqp, ppap, and fmea / amef.technical literacy: ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (boms).
plm/erp systems: hands-on experience with systems like agile, oracle, or sap for engineering change management.2.

direct experience managing high-tech, fast-paced automotive or consumer electronics clients is highly preferred.languages: fluent / bilingual english.
