* provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, contracts, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
* oversee and manage high-profile litigation cases, including patent disputes, trade secret litigation, and regulatory investigations.
* develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
* manage tax audits and disputes with regulatory authorities.
* develop and implement robust compliance programs to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations.
* lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, including licensing deals, joint ventures, and partnerships.
* work closely among internal areas, such as finance, marketing, commercial divisions to address legal challenges and support business growth initiatives.
