- has the experience of directing the preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with the mexican accounting framework in dynamics 365 supply chain management system (preferred system).
- has the experience and knowledge of managing the control of fixed assets (budget control, assignation of fixed assets numbers, depreciation calculation, and physical inventory) and inventories (inventory costing calculation, physical inventory).
- has the experience of preparing internal reports for budget control, inventory costing, and reporting packages (management analysis) used for the decision makings of top management.
- has the experience and capacity to lead the projects of the system implementation between the accounting system and the manufacturing system.
- has the knowledge of the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls to prevent the preparation of inaccurate financial statements. (has the experience of establishing standard operation procedures.)
- has the responsibility and the time management skill (estimation of time) to complete the activities by the deadline.
- has the managing skills to follow up with the pending activities and completing them with supervisors and staffs.
