key responsibilities
* analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
* build financial models, projections, and forecasts to support business decisions.
* develop and maintain advanced excel models (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools ).
* create and manage power bi dashboards to visualize performance and support decision-making.
* work with large databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
* monitor market trends, performance metrics, and campaign results to optimize strategies.
* translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial and marketing initiatives.
* support customer segmentation, performance tracking, and marketing effectiveness through data.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field .
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence roles.
* advanced proficiency in microsoft excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) .
* strong experience with power bi (dashboard creation, data visualization, reporting).
* proven experience handling large datasets and complex databases .
* strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in projections and percentage-based analysis .
* experience working in global companies with high-volume operations and large-scale data environments .
* ability to translate data into business insights and influence decision-making.
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
preferred profile
* background in actuarial or finance-related roles .
* highly comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, and performance metrics .
* experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with high operational volume.
* advance english c1 c2 .
