key responsibilities
* develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, adr, and overall profitability for the short-term rental portfolio.
* collaborate with the agency's real estate agents to identify properties with high rental potential and create tailored proposals for inclusion in the hospitality portfolio.
* provide agents with data-driven insights, tools, and marketing materials to promote the integration of hospitality services as a value proposition for their clients.
* lead dynamic pricing optimization across multiple platforms (airbnb, vrbo, direct booking, etc.) using analytics and market intelligence.
* conduct ongoing performance analyses, forecasting, and yield management to anticipate trends and adjust strategy in real time.
* design and oversee cross-departmental initiatives to enhance guest experience, increase brand visibility, and strengthen customer retention.
* partner with the marketing team to develop and implement digital campaigns that target luxury travelers who can become long-term real estate clients.
* prepare regular financial reports and performance reviews for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth.
* monitor competitive markets, global travel trends, and economic factors that influence demand in baja california sur.
* ensure all pricing, promotions, and strategies are aligned with brand standards and company objectives.
experience and qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or related field (master's preferred).
* minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate-related industries.
* proven track record in data analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization.
* strong understanding of real estate investment models and short-term rental regulations.
* proficiency in revenue management systems, pms, and channel management softwares.
* exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
