head of compliance and supplier management services at ericsson
the head of compliance and supplier management shall create and secure stakeholder value and satisfaction through efficient execution of the sourcing sub-processes, achieved by developing the compliance and supplier management organization and driving operational efficiency in alignment with global business services (gbs) and global sourcing services (gss) units strategies and priorities.
responsibilities
plan human resources, recruitment and onboarding ensuring equal opportunities and diversity.
manage job description processes and revise materials.
instruct internal policies, create working instructions and lead acknowledgements.
act as mediator, manage conflicts, and maintain employee and unit processes.
set and follow-up team and individual targets, provide coaching, and take corrective actions.
manage stress & crisis situations, approvals, and work-life balance.
communicate business environment, strategies, and transform them into local plans; delegate responsibilities.
identify and implement best practices, drive improvement programs, and support talent management.
manage and balance resources, cost and competence needs; support exit processes.
maintain stakeholder relations, manage escalations, and ensure business continuity.
develop automation tools and processes to maximize efficiency.
the skills you bring
bs or m.sc.
or ba degree in relevant fields.
fluent in written and spoken english.
additional language skills a plus.
experience in sourcing practice, process, strategy, and services.
deliver results, work with people, coach and mentor.
effective communication, planning, organizing, and balancing multiple demands.
change and improvement management, lean 6sigma, agile, and negotiation skills.
