at t&m consulting, we are looking for a highly skilled sap architect to join our team for a 6-month on-site project in monterrey, nuevo león.
main activities:
* lead end-to-end enterprise architecture across application, integration, data, and infrastructure domains.
* define architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
* design integration strategies (apis, middleware, event-driven architecture) and data consumption models.
* evaluate and define rise vs non-rise sap landscapes, including trade-offs and impacts.
* apply expertise in sap extensibility (clean core, side-by-side extensions, sap btp).
* work with cloud and hybrid architectures, including sap on microsoft azure (preferred) and google cloud.
* design hybrid sap and non-sap enterprise landscapes.
* lead at least 2 full-cycle sap s/4hana transformation programs (large-scale, multi-country preferred).
* collaborate with sap, microsoft, and system integrators on architecture validation.
* produce key deliverables: architecture diagrams (as-is / to-be), standards, and decision frameworks.
* identify risks, dependencies, and architectural gaps across programs.
* engage and align executive stakeholders on architectural decisions.
* mentor internal teams and strengthen architecture capabilities.
